Northamptonshire Police - How to complain

Call 101 - non emergencies & enquiries ... You can complain in person at your local station or any other station within Northamptonshire Police. A police officer ...

101 is not 999. 101 calls are charged at a premium rate at 15p per minute.

On 6th December 2012 the European Court of Human Rights did write to me, informing me 'the matters I do complain of are within their competence', but under Article 2, I have not exhausted all legal remedies. They will be keeping my file for a year.

The response by the local establishment was to smash into my home, labelling this a welfare check and placing threats on my person.  The rest is history, you can read the blog, I am not going to waste my time looking backward. Other local bodies, namely London Borough of Waltham Forest, do not go about conducting their business in this manner.

ECHR declares all business Public and Private in the given geographical area are defined as the local authority. Courts are included too. The title of my complaint is, Northamptonshire Local Authority. When all legal remedies are exhausted the complaint falls under your country, in this instance, the United Kingdom.

"It is very DANGEROUS for Government to SPY on its own citizens and gather 'communications' in its databases as Government operates in a Different Language than its citizens and WHY we have the Right to Remain SILENT as everything we SAY can and WILL be 'used' ..rather turned, twisted and flipped against us…as OUR words have different meanings in the language of Government legalese SLEAZE…and if government Wants to SILENCE your words, it will use your words against you in their government run courts."

Deborah Barclay, December 26 2013

My timeline is to begin, from the 29th November 2013, but is for the New Year.

My child and I have been in custody ever since

Today, 29th December 2013 a woman came to visit me. She asked me, why I believe that my home is not being bugged?
Who says that I am interested?

Look, within the contents of the J Core Assessment social services disclose they had gone through my telephone bills, of course this would have gone to the police for authorisation. Also when, my child was with me and the police kept on arresting me to place me in police custody they would have access to my front door key, a key made available for them to copy. Many a time my home would be empty; whilst my child and I went on our travels. Do I care!

Anyway, if my home is being bugged they would have heard me fighting for my life on the night of my attempted murder..... Not one person came to rescue me on that fateful night and observe what has been done to me by the police ever since.

SWV - You're The One

SWV - You're The One!

For my graduation party my cousin cooked, hard. On the night when the DJ played this tune, my cousin and I took to the floor. My delightful cousin. On the night of my attempted murder, she, my late brother and my child appeared before me in that order.

Shout out to my cousin Uchi. If I never see her again, I want her to know for all my life, until my dying day she will always be with me.

We all have someone we love, of course you as a person will be on the top of the list. For some it may take years to learn to love yourself, but the fact is love is the key to acceptance and understanding. There are others who I love, many of them have died, but spiritually their teachings will always remain with me, I call them my angels.

The night of my attempted murder I did die for such a brief moment and then my life flashed before my eyes. My recovery and journey has been a remarkable one, how many people have had this experience?

My child is the world to me, she saved me, she made me fight and nobody is going to stop me from standing up in court to have my voice heard and I am not doing this through a legal aid lawyer who is more concerned about their pay cheque! This is my word!

Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year to all, including my enemies, because all the bad they have done to me will go back on them, so there is no point wasting my time with revenge.

I am a product of circumstance and a bloody good one at that.

Dear PC York

Thank you for your communication.

This email is in response to your email dated Monday 16th December 2013.

I quote:

I did not make a request for directions. The matter is to do with me, and it is I who is making the request directly to you for my custody record, again.  As instructed by the District Judge at the hearing on 16th December 2013. Understandably the learned judge advised me to put my request to you in writing, which will be evidence to show the difficulties I may experience with the police in reference to my  a simple request.

A quick reminder, I quote from Caroline Collins on 7th August 2008:
Dear Ms Godwell

I can confirm I have today spoke to Pc York and asked him to send you a copy of your custody record to you as soon as possible.

Please remind the custody officer that when I was released on bail from police custody  he did not provide to me the 'detainee release leaflet' and  the 'notice of rights and entitlements'.

I must have immediately the custody records listed below:
  1. CUSTODY RECORD NO. 34OS  3303 13
  2. CUSTODY RECORD NO. 34OS 6857 13
  3. CUSTODY RECORD NO. 34OS 9281 13

Kind regards,

True Talk

True Talk

Before Northamptonshire police force call me racist and arrest me again for making the same type of comments in the above picture as they did last week calling me a racist (a bit rich) , here are some photographs of me.

Here I am on my wedding day. The woman with the red rose in her hair is me, seated by my husband and the woman with her back to the camera is the wife of a former police commissioner

Attorney Jailed Denied Rights for Exposing Judicial Corruption, Richard ...

My name is Ngozi and on the 29th November 2013 a judge wrote out an order stating that I MUST be sent to prison. The matter for now is to do with family proceedings; which I did bring before the court and the first hearing was on the same day!

Mandela’s Death Leaves The World Without Its Moral Center

Mandela’s Death Leaves The World Without Its Moral Center.

Nelson Mandela dead at 95.

This evening the council sent two people to my home with a piece of paper telling me about prison, website and not to go near my child. It appears none of them have heard of the words, appeal and fight. Northampton County Council and affiliates who practice apartheid, who have done everything in their power to take away my creditability.

Look a man spent well over a decade in prison. I have no time for these people. I will continue as planned.

Nelson Mandela is dead!

I have shared this story before, but shall do so again.
At university, we as with many others across the world campaigned to end Apartheid and for the release of Nelson Mandela from prison. Coaches would leave Middlesex University, Trent Park to attend Trafalgar Square in London.

Nelson Mandela lived a long life, just like my grandfather.
Nelson Mandela did not die in prison, this alone was a remarkable feat.
His family must be heart broken. As for his former wife, well Nelson is gone and my heart goes out to her. Yes, Nelson Mandela is gone, resting in peace as he so rightly deserves.

R.I.P. Nelson Mandela
