Obviously the council is not happy about this video.
What I do find is that the video this Public Servant does refer to:

1. Could not have been filmed as specified within the contents of her letter, because the day referred to, is a Saturday and the council is closed.
2. The video is filmed when I came from Wellingborough Salvation Army, which for sure was not March.

The conclusion is that the council is cheesed off about the video.

Some of you may be aware that I was arrested on 10th May 2008 by the very man who entered my home in October 2008 and took my child to deal with me. 

I was sectioned under the Mental Health Act Section 2. I am a model patient, not on medication, I am not a risk to myself, others or the community. There is no reason for me to be detained in hospital I have never and I am not, on any type of medication for mental illness.

My consultant a man who originally assessed me and later another who conducted the fact finding lifted the section 2. 

Yesterday evening nursing staff escorted me to the reception area, carrying my luggage. 

I have swallowed my pride. I self advocated, also retaining the services of a lawyer and an advocate.

My Story

This is my Landlord the very same Landlord who has abused my family and is still abusing me.  Instead they believe the best option is to threaten me. This is my story and if the local body believe that they are jumping into my story to start playing the hero, they are mistaken. I am the person who is the hero, not them.

This Thursday the Graffiti team came to my home and removed the white paint thrown on my wall. Guess how many years it took for the council to remove the paint from their own property?

Now all of a sudden the council does care about their property after  all it has done and I am supposed to be grateful?

I am grateful to be alive and the council did nothing to promote this. Oh well as the story does go ... I have not finished telling the true story yet!

My deadline for filing my Part 7 Claim against the Council and their various departments was May just gone. Instead the council turn up and throw me in ... yes, you guessed it the same stunt they played the last time. 

I have spent my time rebuilding.  The positive approach is the best way forward and the only option available to me.

What the Council fails to realize is what they did do; which is of the prime importance. Not what they are doing now to cover up their mistakes.

Just to make some people aware who are unaware of this fact, I am going to get my child back. No matter how long this will take.

If I am not blunt, some people may believe that my blogs are an advert, promoting the people I am complaining about. They are not.

One thing is for sure, by promoting racism Northampton Borough Council DOES place black children in care. If you are a black single parent household, you will stand no chance against their brutality.  This is just a summation as to how  Northampton Borough Council  arranges to have black girls taken into care.

I am Ngozi Godwell.  This Blog is about my family. By law I am entitled to tell my story and what a story. Instead of giving my child back observe how they treat my child and I. The fact of the matter is this, you are supposed to trust the police. 

The first thing social services did when Northamptonshire Police Force took my child was to go through my telephone bills and my bank accounts, trying to find something on me, anything to give them an excuse to retain my child without my permission. This is why Northamptonshire Police Force had me locked up in a police cell for 48 hours, they had to workout what to do with my child and I, because when they looked beyond the black face and dug deeper they realised they had made a big mistake and all I would do is collect my child and sue for damages.  

When Police And Prosecutors Knowingly Break Laws.

When the police beat me up and took my child in the planned attack, within half an hour of having my child they soon realised they had made a big mistake.  I am a strong woman and will remain so.

True Story

This year did lawyer for the council Claire Bates Claire Bateswrite to the Civil Appeal Office and state that I will lie about what happened to my child?

What is there to lie about, what is it they are trying to hide?
My child is now under a psychiatrist as instructed by His Honour Judge Waine, when this man ignored the judgment of the Supreme Court.  They are all in it together as thick as thieves, who go around stealing other peoples children.

The Mistake They Did Not Make. 

Part of the neighbourhood gang, An example of the white people that Northamptonshire Police Force and affiliates say my child and I must become. They are loads more people who came from other estates.

DS 1323 ANDY ROGERS told me; "We are working to get the result that we are happy with". when i asked him if i am INCLUDED in the we,  he put the telephone down. this was after his COLLEAGUE called me and said i deserved it.  rogers never collected a witness statement from me. he did not inform me of the courT hearing date

Northamptonshire: Cops and system assaulted me with a plan they hoping I would kill myself and they raged hard when I did not, would not.  Raging harder that the three people, who took  it upon themselves to execute me failed in their quest.

Indeed many have copied and stored all my websites, because they knew something bad was going to happen to me. I survived.

Sadly, as Mr Dean Jarvis and friends have proven not everyone is like me.  I refused to believe that anyone would plan my murder.  I have proved I am the better person.

Let's continue with the issue of the NOTICE OF SEEKING POSSESSION
As presented below is how the notice was delivered to me.
I watched as two people got out of a car chatting and talking, the woman was laughing away.
The notice was stuffed through my letterbox, they walked off and the woman is still laughing.
I go to retrieve read it and thought it best I wait till Monday.
On Monday the legal department and my housing officer are unaware as to what notice I refer to.
Eventually, I locate a Mrs Victoria Coleman and she confirms that she is the one who delivered the NOTICE. I found  Mrs Victoria Coleman  by changing my request from : Do you know who served me with the NOTICE OF SEEKING POSSESSION?

I told  Mrs Victoria Coleman  what I saw the day of delivery and all I got was, silence.

On Tuesday I call again and Mrs Victoria Coleman makes it clear that WE WILL ABUSE you to justify our own jobs.

The only issue I admit to is the arrears; which occurred when I was the one taken to court for harassment and NOT the yobs, their parents or friends.  As for the rest of it what a horrible thing 
to do..

Then as you can see I overturned the NOTICE OF SEEKING SEEKING POSSESSION; which by law will not stand up in Court. The letter is dated 1 March 2012.

I LOVE NORTHAMPTON!

The people who smashed into my home toward the end of March are of the view they wanted to help with my Landlord issues..... Mrs Victoria Coleman has been telling porkies. 

Clearly DISCRIMINATION, one black woman and a black child against a big group of white  The notice was given to me with the sole purpose of preventing me getting my child back. Nothing more or nothing less. VICTIMISATION!

MY ONE WOMAN PROTEST

My one woman protest which I assume 15.3 (g) does relate to. For years  bricks are left at my home, in the end I did not bother to move them. I just left them. Then, they stopped.

The police GUN PATROL have also stormed my home to arrest me. They made numerous attempts to kick my front door down, they kicked in my back door.This time I knew my rights. I then made write a note and sign stating they will repair my back door once I invited them in,

After GUN PATROL sent over 15 police officers on their way, I invited GUN PATROL into my home to have a lengthy chat. One of the officers has a child who is terminally ill ( I still think of him).  When they heard my story and realised that I am indeed a victim and advocate against the family Court system they told me to pull my posters down, type them up as a show case and place them back on my window ....
The IPCC have recorded the date, it was summer 2011 ....

Now go back and read the date on of the NOTICE OF SEEKING POSSESSION. Better still read the NOTICE OF SEEKING POSSESSION again. 

I have the up most respect for the two men and have made my views clear within the contents of my communication to the IPCC.   The issue is the fact resources were intentionally wasted by sending GUN PATROL out to arrest me, then send me to prison via the Magistrates' court (they told me all) based yet again on a long winded yarn presented by some very bad cops.

This may not be relevant, but it may. 
On the night of my planned attempted murder. After the police left a black fancy car pulled up and stayed outside my house with its lights on.

Later I was speaking to someone and remarked about the car, saying the person was checking to see if I was safe. I made this remark based on the fact that I tend to see the good in everyone.

Since my attempted murder every day is a new day and my eyes are wide open. I did not inform anyone about my attempted murder. Was the person  parked outside my home really there to see if I was OK?


YOU ALL MAY WONDER HOW I COPE. 
SIMPLE REALLY, I WAS NOT BORN OR EDUCATED HERE. THESE ARE NOT MY PEOPLE. I AM A LONDONER AND UNTIL I CAME HERE I DID NOT BELIEVE THAT THE HORROR STORIES THAT I STUDIED THROUGH HIGHER EDUCATION STILL EXISTED, NOW I KNOW THEY DO. THE FAMILY COURT SYSTEM WILL EITHER BREAK YOU OR MAKE YOU. I HAVE AFRICAN IN MY BLOOD, I AM A LONDONER AND I BELIEVE IN ANGELS.

OR MAYBE I AM JUST ONE STRONG WOMAN ..

I AM ALSO AWARE OF MY CURRENT ENVIRONMENT.

BEFORE MY CHILD WAS TAKEN, NO CHILD HAD EVER LEFT MY HOME WHETHER AFTER A SLEEP OVER OR OTHERWISE AND DECLARED TO THEIR PARENT I HAD MOLESTED THEM, INJURED THEM  EMOTIONALLY, MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY. 
I STAND WITH PRIDE.
EVERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE I HAVE LEARNT FROM AND I WILL CONTINUE LEARNING UNTIL MY DYING DAY, WHICH WILL NOT BE IN THE NEAR FUTURE, IF I HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT.

One day I will stand before a fair and good judge  with my back straight and say that despite all that has happened to me I am still a good MOTHER and to release my child, because social services is not about promoting family life and have spent millions keeping my child and I apart. 

Until such a time does occur I want to remind you all that my name is Ngozi Angeline Godwell, mother to Chinyere Chelsea Godwell and I am not letting anyone define me.
If they ever come to my home again to section me you all will know it was a fit up and never forget my name.

Police Officers who attended my home last week informed me of their knowledge about what Mr. Dean Jarvis did to me and that he will be going to Court.  Cut a long story short .. I was informed that IF I have not made a statement the matter CANNOT go to Court.  Mr Rogers made it clear NO appropriate adult NO statement.

Officers, become thoughtful.

I inform the officers that Kate HAMPTON and Maureen Jarvis were also present during my attack ... 

The officers had come to see me about another matter relating to Kate HAMPTON have a guess .. Two words, the first word starts with the letter H and the second word with W

Ngozi Godwell got into a psychiatric unit with a pen knife; whilst they were all looking the other way. If I was any other person I would have gone on a murdering ...  Northampton Borough Council   If my name was Mr. Dean Jarvis there would have been a blood bath for sure.

The IPCC  gave me permission to apply to the High Court to oveturn their previous decision and guess what the response of those involved is?

They came smashing into my home yet again.  There are matters still pending such as accountabilty.

Before moving into my current address on my own I visited the property. There is only one next door neighbour, so I knocked on the door. A man opened the door and I proceeded to introduce myself.

In response, this man said to me in the exact order:
"I AM GAY AND MY NAME IS DEAN."
We shook hands and I moved in shortly afterwards.

On Monday 9th July 2012 Northamptonshire Police Force came out to issue me with a harassment warning.  Another insult placed on my person, because I am told that my witness statement is not going to be taken without an appropriate adult present.  Yet, they can issue me with a harassment warning, without an appropriate adult.

This warning is not issued, because of what Mrs Maureen Jarvis, Mr.Dean Jarvis and their friend did to me.
