The manner in which Northamptonshire police force took my child was a clear siren to the rest of the community to keep their mouth shut or the same will happen to them too. Then, what the police did to me thereafter was specifically informing the black community not to dare question Northamptonshire police force, or else.

The community are not only in fear, but are powerless too. 

Let me see at my court hearing Northamptonshire police force produce a black police officer to stand in the dock to call me racist .... let me see ...

I did not make a request for directions. The matter is to do with me, and it is I who is making the request directly to you for my custody record, again.  As instructed by the District Judge at the hearing on 16th December 2013. Understandably the learned judge advised me to put my request to you in writing, which will be evidence to show the difficulties I may experience with the police in reference to my  a simple request. 

A quick reminder, I quote from Caroline Collins on 7th August 2008:

Dear Ms Godwell 

I can confirm I have today spoke to Pc York and asked him to send you a copy of your custody record to you as soon as possible.

Please remind the custody officer that when I was released on bail from police custody  he did not provide to me the 'detainee release leaflet' and  the 'notice of rights and entitlements'.

I must have immediately the custody records listed below:

1. CUSTODY RECORD NO. 34OS  3303 13 
2. CUSTODY RECORD NO. 34OS 6857 13 
3. CUSTODY RECORD NO. 34OS 9281 13

Before Northamptonshire police force call me racist and arrest me again for making the same type of comments in the above picture as they did last week calling me a racist (a bit rich) , here are some photographs of me. 

Here I am on my wedding day. The woman with the red rose in her hair is me, seated by my husband and the woman with her back to the camera is the wife of a former police commissioner.

Some time after my attempted murder, I was so happy to be alive that I reported something that happened to me a long time ago. Northamptonshire police force were happy to record the incident.  Then not too long after two officers came to my home to collect a WITNESS STATEMENT from me.  There was no appropriate adult in tow; whilst I gave my statement. Those who followed me on Twitter will be aware of the type of crime I do write about.

The officers who collected my detailed statement were fantastic. I was not in the right place to previously report the crime. The two officers who did collect my statement were the right people to do so.

When the officers left, a short while after I was contacted by the Crime Unit and given a unique Crime Number. The Detective went out of her way to make contact with me and for this I will be eternally grateful. All those involved were brilliant, so much so when I asked for the case to be transferred  to London where the crime did take place, the Detective overseeing the investigation was happy to do so.

At the time I did not say, Northamptonshire Police Force  cannot be trusted not to mess up this very serious investigation...

See the point I am making?
I thought I will leave the best till last.

I refuse to stoop to the same level of Northamptonshire Police Force and join in with the name calling; which they have done to me for all those years.  I refuse to name call the local establishment, who thrive on mistake after mistake; which leads to corruption. Let me put it this way I am not appreciating the customer service that they are now giving me without compensating me for what I have been put through. The local establishment ABUSED me and there in no point arguing about this. What is done is done. I will keep fighting if not Northamptonshire Police Force will next write all is forgiven, no it is not! What they did and are doing is NOT OK!

• Now the police can update Mr. Dean Jarvis's record with the caution that was not placed on his record when two lawyers did check. Northamptonshire police are the only force that can do this. Once this is done, if he ever dares pick up an axe to use on another person, the court will be aware of this. Also this will be a clear message to him, not to attempt to pick up an axe, to use on a person ever again. I do understand a caution is not good enough for what he did do, but this will be better than leaving his record clean. Allowing him to get over his fear of me and years down the line he tries the same thing with somebody else, after getting so intoxicated he believes he is the hulk. I do not need to contact the force requesting them to amend his criminal record, if they have not already done so. The reason being is, because the force are reading this blog ...   There was hoping. Confirmed by C1493 this morning my email is not waiting in their folder. I ask in clear English one simple question, then he turns it into a marathon. They play a game, a very dangerous game indeed. They work from a script: 'You won't let me speak', 'I am trying to speak' and the list is endless. They are corporate bullies.
