Before I proceed.  Yet again, I am given no warrant  and my home is searched without a warrant (Ref. 10th May 2013).. 

Some nurses told me what many have told me. 
There are a few who would lie to me, so I do not worry or they do not worry.
The truth is that they have been abusing my child and I for years.

How they are abusing me is how they are abusing my chiid, this is not rocket science.

My advice to anyone suffering from racial abuse, living in Northampton is never to call the police. Take the law into your own hands. Many people do and not only keep their families, but stop the yobs at the same time.

I have learnt the hard way. Pick up the telephone and ask the police to help you will only lead to one thing. The death of your family. It is up to you what approach you want to take, but it is a well known fact, the police will not protect you if you are black against a group of rough neck white people. They will harm you. Ask the mother of R.I.P. Stephen Lawrence..

1. Northamptonshire police force came to my home on 8^th October 2008 with the sole purpose to beat up to deal with me and take my child. Then, they locked me in a police cell for 48hrs.  I was only feed once. When the food was brought into me the male police officer told me to eat the food all up, because it will be last one I am going to get. I was learnt later what he meant by that statement. Why is the case being heard in PRIVATE?
Check my child's name.
It is the lower court who announced to all and sundry my child's identity. 
MY CHILD is in care is, because of people's jobs.

What they were doing was sticking their fingers up at my child and I. They still are.

I am the person who made the request to discharge the care order in the form of an application to the Magistrates' Court. The council my child solicitor and all those in the court room contested my application. Permission was granted and the case transfered to county court. My child's solictor stormed out of court without so much as a nod. The magistrates' asked me to leave and for everyone else to stay.

I waited outside to spy their exist and they all looked like they had been verbally abused without the use of the Oxford dictionary.

Then something bad happened at the next hearing .... District Judge Karen Anne Venables decided to protect her reputation instead of my child's well-being. I brought all the evidence to court,  submitted on paper and audio recordings to show that my child was and is being abused by her foster carers. You can read what District Karen Anne Venables and later the two other judges did.  By the way they are still abusing us and I am not standing for this any more.  

My child was a happy and well adjusted child with so much to give. They in their own words wrote that she is NOW a vulnerable child. They did this to my only child.

In reference to the petition there are just  a few signatures, but many names are advocates who have been working hard for years before I came along. Some are also parents who are victims of the family court system. All those who signed are empowered people. The petition as a case study is excellent. I must thank all those who signed and a special thanks to those who made comments too.

FROM JUNE 2010 WHEN I CREATED THE BLOG Parents Rights Blog I KNEW MY BLOG WOULD BECOME A COMMUNITY BLOG, WITH REAL PEOPLE AND REAL STORIES.  

I will also like to thank Facebook for giving me the opportunity to make all this happen, keeping me a live during the early days. Last, but not least, fighting my corner with the local establishment. The local establishment were not entirely forthcoming when it contacted Facebook and made a request that Facebook pull down my works. Unlike the local establishment, the Facebook team have it going on, are able to read legal papers and understand  what the law is. Something particular lazy and bad judges turn a blind eye to.  Facebook replaced my website with all its contents intact (the local establishment should be doing the same with my child). I did not once contact Facebook when I found my website gone. I was over the moon when my website was back on-line some weeks later. Facebook has helped adopted children locate their parents and has supported parents in getting their stories out there; whilst keeping them sane.. 

PAIN

It has taken me two years to prove that this has not only happened to me.
The issues; which have destroyed my only family and led to my attempted murder is a global issue. 
Government funded child trafficking. 
Depending on where you live you and your family could be the next victims. Until my child's return to not bother coming to live in Northampton town UK. 
I am empowered and I do not care what they do to me any more, because one day the jobs they tried to protect at my family's expense, will be gone. There are so many who are now exposing what Child Protection Service is really about.

My child has suffered in the hands of these people. My child is brainwashed with fear.  Four years of prolonged abuse my family is experiencing. What an insult!  All this has done is made me stronger.  They tried on many occasions to kill me. 

They hoped I would use my own hand to kill myself. Then they invited anyone to smash into my home or to abuse me on the street. This is the example given by:

His Honour Judge Steven Waine said to me when my child complained about how she has learnt about wickedness,  that I am going to learn about wickedness too. I have. Now they know what happens when they take a child belonging to a Londoner, who is black, has African blood, is educated and a woman!

The media have helped particular Judges get away with gagging orders, during Care Proceedings; especially those related to Public Law .

A gagging order is only valid for the duration of the case. Once the case is closed the gagging order is no longer valid. If the local council has anything further to state in respect to a gagging order, they must appeal. If the case was heard in the Supreme Court their appeal must be made to the European Court of Human Right.

There is no point going with the injunction route, especially if the parent was threatened in writing with an injunction on 6^th November 2009.  Why did they not take it out there and then; whilst we were all in the court room?  Justice Lord Alan Ward stated on 19^th January 2010 that the case of Minor G is nothing to do with child protection, it is personal. We all know this and guess what he did about this. At the end of the day Judges and Social Workers are governed by Law and this is the time to remind them.

 

During the month on November 2008 Social Workers, Northamptonshire County Council reveal within the contents of my child’s J Core Assessment that the council and its affiliates had been going through my telephone bill.  No mention of the fact that Solicitor Mr Chris Bennett had been calling me for well over a year to chat dirty with me. In the meantime I fully aware that Mr Chris Bennett went to see my only child to tell her she is never coming home, in the meantime hands to all of you. You do not snatch a young beautiful black girl child at the tender age of 10 years and think I am going to let you get away with it do you.  It is obvious that certain people decided to exploit my child. They have had their fun.

When they took my child the only mistake they made was that they could  not find anything wrong with my child.  They took my child, because she is black. Then treated her like a dog, Northamptonshire County Council did not take Nichola Sharman’s child or those of Louise Peet . The council wanted the black child.  Child protection is a farce.

Lets us take a break and go back to the time my child was taken, starting with Mr Prester Coleman Solicitor. The dark horse of family law. The man who took money to retain my child in care and did not have the nerve to attend court to face my claim and defend himself.

The fact that Mr Coleman did not turn up to Court the first time, showed his guilt and when I appealed, this solicitor shut shop and run away; this very action spoke volumes.

Note when Northampton Court really wants to receive something this is how they do send it. When they do not they leave the document on file and send it whenever.

My Mr Michael Ellis MP should now be on their case once a week until they get it sorted, by returning my child. On 23rd December when they forced into my home, yet again with the police they stated that one of the complainants is Mr Michael Ellis citing, because of an email. They made is clear that no one has viewed the said email.

The issue is 'evidence' with no supporting evidence apart fro the words of people who have done my family wrong, my child and I continue to be abused in this way.
