We have not too long ago spoken. I will stick to the important facts.

You advise me that  you will be seeking legal advise in reference to me tape recording our telephone conversation. This is after I informed you that I will be sending the tape to others.

I have played the recording to Nigel Stock and copied to others.  I informed you that I will leave a copy on your answer machine to help you along the way. I have done so.

I did also ask you previously if you are indeed related to a detective  named Garvie?
During my last call to you, I did place the same question to you.  You informed me that you did hear me the first time and you refuse to answer my question.

I find this strange, because listening to the tape recording of our previous conversation you do bend over backwards answering my questions. Any other person would have answered yes or no.

Let me close by reminding you that in the past I have reported you to the police for threatening me.

What they do is spend their time brain washing and threatening children. Best bet do not even waste your time moving to Northampton town, there are other places in the country you can move to. When you hear Karen's recording you will really begin to understand the seriousness of this child stealing scam. They take children and then tell them they are unable to live with or see their parent/s because the parent is mentally ill. Oldest trick in the book for stealing children.

Claimed that she has visited the home of Eve and Graham Gardner both foster parents, but has never seen the foster father. It is reported that the foster father is on the board of directors for Northamptonshire County Council and is good mates with Chief Executive Mr David Kennedy.

They intentionally alienated my child from her mother out of spite then openly abused her and I. In short they have been taking turns to abuse my child and I. (List of original charges)

I have a deformed hand. This is the same hand  the Council twisted up.  When I sued Northampton Borough Council for libel and Slander during the period of the document presented below, in writing the Council denied doing this. The Judges had the documentation between them.  Guess when all this happened when I stood up in a small town and disclosed what had been going on in their own nursery, well before my child came along, then threw away my prized possessions.  The judges who presided over the Part 8 Libel and Slander case are:

District Judge McHale, District Judge Karen Venables and District Judge Murdoch to name just a few.  The Circuit High Court Judge who heard my application to set aside an Order told me to go to the House of Lords, because 'they will not let me reinstate the claim'.

When I sacked my last lawyer in reference to the child proceedings, I was receiving support from another. He told me that when I get to the County Court justice will prevail, because my case is indeed about litigation. I retorted since when have the Court ever given us justice. He replied that was then and this is now.

When His Honour Judge Waine threw out my first appeal by his own omission WITHOUT reading the paperwork. My lawyer friend (African-British) told me to do what I have to do, because this is a famous case. His words did not sink in, because all I was thinking about were the two foster carers who abused my little girl and she is living with people who complain about her hair creme (in writing).  My child now only greases her hair the night before she has contact with me.  All her school friends have told me that they preferred my child when she was living with me, even the yobs, who attended her school. My child is swearing amongst over things. She was only 11 years of age. I grew up in East end and I was not even like that at this age

This is what they were trying to hide when they took my child. They found that my daughter was growing up to be a girl who could read and write. So they waited and took her, abused my child so she will only remember this. This is what Cllr Joan Kirkbride, District Judge Karen Venables and His Honour Judge Stephen Waine are trying to hide. There is more to this sorry tell!

When police and prosecutors knowingly break laws and convict an innocent party, they are the criminals!

By the way the solicitors Carter Slater & Co have now gone underground. Northamptonshire police force instructed this firm to act for me when they locked me up in the the police cell.  Eventually they did nothing in support of the fact that my child and I ARE the victims. Mr Chris Bennett Solicitor and Mr Paul Carter claim to have given me £3,000.00 worth of free legal advice. Why free and how come I did not get legal aid and was refused access to a duty solicitor, before my hearing?

  

I was arrested on numerous occasions. All the yobs and their parents were required to do was call the police and state that there is this big black woman ...

I was placed in a police cell for 12 hours after the first time the police stormed my home and beat me up.  I recall a white man coming into my cell and looking down at me as I lay on the bed. This is all he said:

“Ms Godwell we are now going to promote your human rights”.

 At 12 midnight a police woman collected me on her own and drove me to a psychiatric unit to have me sectioned.

The woman in the article is Nicola Sharman. At the time Sharman was living with her sister's ex boyfriend. This boyfriend had broken her sister’s leg, pushed her out of a moving car and raped her.  The list is endless.  In short Nicola's sister had a mental breakdown and was sectioned for real. When Nicola was still married, she has an affair with her sister's ex boyfriend. She dumps her husband and moves her new beau into her home,  Wait for it, to live with her and a minor.  Her sister did not put up a fight.  

How do I know all this you may ask. Sharman's sister (they do not share the same surname) approached me and gave me her address. Stating that I must inform my legal team and she will be willing to testify in Court.

Police attend Nicola Sharman's home on a regular basis, because of domestic violence. The domestic violence is coming from within the home; whilst my own is coming from outside my home.  Guess which child was taken into care ?

It was not the child belonging to Nicola Sharman!

Since reading this blog I do hope you all have come to understand that since my child's abduction the Council  and its affiliates rotate the abuse it bestows on my child and I.  When they are not busy abusing me, they move on to my child.  You do not smash into my home on a regular basis and then state you are concerned about my well-being. They have also done some other nasty things to me, smashing my window is just the start of this.  The first windows smash took place a few days before the final hearing.  My windows  only, the whole street was fine. I was targeted.  Northampton Borough Council boarded up my windows and left me in darkness for over a month.  Sharman and her lovers smash their own windows give it 7 days and the repairs take place.

It is it, because I is Black?

They all are threatening me and making it clear if I do not do what they say they will section me, just because they could not break me!

I turned to my child and said I know they have done some bad things to you and she then threw herself into my arms. I told her they have done some bad things to me and we both sat in silence for a brief period.  The people I am dealing with are nasty they will do anything even pay to cause us harm and of the most importance there are some people who will sale their own grandmothers to purchase a new car at the expense of my child’s wellbeing. One day I will help my child heal. In the meantime last week in my home I  advised Northamptonshire County Council they have had their fun and they are NOT going to EVER smash into my home in the guise of promoting my wellbeing. What an insult! This is how they help people, beat them up remove their child, abuse the family; whilst calling them racists names and refer to MY CHILD as a dog.  So be it.

As I have stated they have had their fun and now the bell has rung!

Some of the so-called professionals are worse than the yobs and this is child protection..

I do not take kindly to threats.

The tax payer is forking out millions, believing that their money is helping vulnerable children, This is far from the truth.   When it happens to you what will you do?

The final hearing was on 2^nd November 2009 and the judgement was made on 6^th November 2009. 

When my child was with me the windows had never been smashed.  A couple of days before the start of the hearing my windows were smashed. I took this photograph to Court and gave it to  District Judge Karen Ann Venables. Whilst the judge held the photograph in her hands, I accused the county council and it’s agents of smashing my windows to prevent me from attending the hearing.

From that day on, my windows were smashed on a regular basis and the police did nothing. Then, one day I sent an email to Mr David Kennedy who is supposed to be my landord and copy sent to the police making it clear it was them who were organising for my windows to be smashed as with strangers shouting me out on the street, because they did nothing.  The same week I sent the email is the week my windows were never smashed again.   The person who through paint on the wall left so much evidence behind, but Northamptonshire police force refused to collect it.

So how did one catch the offender?

I hope by now my dear readers that you have come to understand that when they took my child social services trampled on her intentionally.  Northamptonshire social services have done nothing to keep my family together instead they destroyed my family enjoying themselves; whilst they were doing it.  I make this statement based on what they have done, and what they are doing. They left the yobs, who have since had children and have no educationally skills or have gone to and come out of prison for other offences.  All the while my child is in care, being abused by Northamptonshire County Council!  Now they are threatening to send me to prison.

IN THE MATTER OF MINOR G (a Child) in the Royal Court of Justice

I am mother to Minor G, I brought my child to live in Northampton town in 1998, two weeks after her birth.  I moved away, from my domestic violence parents and one brother who indeed promoted the same behaviour.  Okezie my late brother was not like them and after his death, there was no point hanging around with my adorable new baby to allow my beautiful child to be contaminated by their wickedness.

My former GP who I had been with for 10 years applauded my decision; she even supported my project for sickle cell displaying my posters in her surgery.  When her husband had a heart attack, it was I she spoke to. What my lovely GP was not happy about is the fact that I decided to move to Northamptonshire.  She said anywhere else in the country but there.  I believe that I am not like some, I celebrated diversity.

Now I am fully aware as to why she did not want me to come here.

I telephoned him and he was adamant that STAGE 1 process had to have taken place.  This is standard procedure. *Guidelines

Not surprisingly shortly afterwards Kirkebride contacted me and informed me that Judy Martin said that I no longer wanted the investigation and refused to supply me with the documentation, which stated this.  Now we know the council had other plans.
