Dear Ms Godwell,

Please see the attached bail form which requires you to still attend the Criminal Justice Centre at Brackmills on Thursday 20th June 2013.  I am sorry for any confusion and I do not know why the hospital told you that you would no longer be required to attend.  I must remind you that failure to attend may make you liable to arrest as an offence under The Bail Act will have been committed by not turning up.

The officer interviewing you will be PC854 Alistair York and not PC Bleach as stated on the form..

I so do adore this song, because the song speaks volumes about the experiences and trials I have  faced in Northamptonshire UK. Change the name of the country from Nigeria to Northampton and there you have it.  Many other political activists will also relate to this song.

Some of you may be aware that I was arrested on 10th May 2008 by the very man who entered my home in October 2008 and took my child to deal with me. 

I was sectioned under the Mental Health Act Section 2. I am a model patient, not on medication, I am not a risk to myself, others or the community. There is no reason for me to be detained in hospital I have never and I am not, on any type of medication for mental illness.

My consultant a man who originally assessed me and later another who conducted the fact finding lifted the section 2. 

Yesterday evening nursing staff escorted me to the reception area, carrying my luggage. 

I have swallowed my pride. I self advocated, also retaining the services of a lawyer and an advocate.

My Story

This is my Landlord the very same Landlord who has abused my family and is still abusing me.  Instead they believe the best option is to threaten me. This is my story and if the local body believe that they are jumping into my story to start playing the hero, they are mistaken. I am the person who is the hero, not them.

This Thursday the Graffiti team came to my home and removed the white paint thrown on my wall. Guess how many years it took for the council to remove the paint from their own property?

Now all of a sudden the council does care about their property after  all it has done and I am supposed to be grateful?

I am grateful to be alive and the council did nothing to promote this. Oh well as the story does go ... I have not finished telling the true story yet!

My deadline for filing my Part 7 Claim against the Council and their various departments was May just gone. Instead the council turn up and throw me in ... yes, you guessed it the same stunt they played the last time. 

I have spent my time rebuilding.  The positive approach is the best way forward and the only option available to me.

What the Council fails to realize is what they did do; which is of the prime importance. Not what they are doing now to cover up their mistakes.

Just to make some people aware who are unaware of this fact, I am going to get my child back. No matter how long this will take.

I have learnt a lot in the last month, One of the officers who beat me up in October 2008 stormed my home with his failing mates on 10 March 2013 and it is not rocket since what they did to me. One of his friends is a PC Pangor, who sometime ago refused to place a CCTV camera outside my home stating that the camera would invade on the privacy of my neighbour.

This is my last take on Mr. Dean Jarvis.

Dean only became my friend to hide his guilt as to what he and his mother did do to my child and I.
I turned the other cheek, because I refused to lower myself and behave like them.
Dean Jarvis was never my friend, because a friend does not storm your home with others in tow, with an axe to kill you.
I am informed by a reliable source that Dean Jarvis is now suffering from anxiety.. 
I have now swallowed my pride.

My landlord Northampton Borough Council obviously set me up by housing me in this area and in particular next to door to Mr Jarvis, with his mother on the other side. Now there are people from all parts who they do not know moving into the area.

Northampton Borough Council is labelled the worst council in the country by inspectors. The inspectors were the last to know.

First of all my landlord houses me in a building  opposite a transvestite who is an alcoholic, living with his brother  (Stitchman House). His brother is sexually and physically assaulting him on a regular basis. .My friend moves me in and we both wonder why the flat is freshly decorated with marble floor in the lounge and a new nursery, but the tenant left all behind. I soon found out the reason why when the brother is yelling outside my door racist comments, proceeds to smash through my front door. I pick up my baby, place her under my coat and start screaming for help from the balcony. People passing by hear my screams, look up and come charging up to the flat.  There is fighting outside my door, my child and I are rescued me. I am informed by the people as soon as they could see where the screaming is coming from they knew this could be for only one reason. The council had done the unforgivable and placed a woman opposite the couple who are two brothers involved in a sexual relationship with each other.

Soon after police cars turn up and the police inform me upon their arrival that I should not have been placed in that flat to live, let alone with a child. The police instruct me to go to the council and not to leave there until I am rehoused. 

The council had no right placing a mother and child opposite the couple.  Later the tenants told me the reason they did not tell me about the couple opposite my flat, is because, I was the only person who did listen to them.  The Transvestite is now dead his brother was arrested and sent to prison, later released. It was found that both had been drinking so much that the other died as they lay asleep next to each other on the settee.

Next my Landlord moves me to Danefield Road. In short a family moves next door to me. Later the police write a report stating that the family is having a negative impact on the community and myself, because I live directly next door to them. The council move me yet again. Guess what social services did about my complaints?
Nothing ...

I am moved to Raeburn Road, a couple of miles away from Danefield Road and my former next door neighbours have many friends in the area. The council should not have moved me within such a short radius. This was done intentionally . 

In short I have learnt in the last month that Northampton Borough Council did set me up by moving me to Raeburn Road.  Let me not waste my time writing what Northamptonshire Social Services did do about all of this, because they wrote what they did do themselves. In reference to Stitchman House social services wrote that they declined to view the property with me when I did contact them, about my concerns when I did first view the property.

How many of you do trust social social services?
My tip is keep well away from the organisation Northamptonshire social services, they are NOT to be trusted.

I am not the person who revealed the identity of my child, during the farce labelled the care proceeding, the court did. The court did so through the BBC, Ceefax and the local paper.
So, it is a bit rich the council telling me what I must and not must do. What they did to my child and I they did so nationally. The plan was never to give me back my only child, when she was abducted by Northamptonshire police force. The local body believe they are above the law. 

What they are doing to me the act is of pure wickedness and I am not letting them get away with this. 

Remarkable having a go at me when my child's advocates revealed the identity of my child and I. The same organisation that wrote racist comments during the proceedings, making it quite clear what  they think about black people.   For a local body to do this reveals clearly what they think about the community they do serve. 

Furthermore a criminal court did refute the judgment of District Karen Ann Venables. . The local council have no right having my child, let alone a black child.. 

From the day they took my child the intent is to hurt me through my child. Why?
During my criminal case the counsel made reference to the colour of my skin and my child''s advocates made  their view known; in the form of a submission to the family court. The view of local body is all Africans are child abusers.

These people work to a  plan. There is no way I am prepared to let the local body tell their version of MY STORY. I went global a long time ago.

Safe guarding children is not what Northamptonshire social services is about. The service is about trafficking the children of those who dare question practices and most importantly to get out of litigation at all cost.

Northamptonshire Police Force

In reference to Northamptonshire social services, it is not I who is unclear or unfocused it is them.  As they realise the corruption has crumbled around them and they do not know what to say or do. 

The only form of control they have over me is my child. My child is a political prisoner. This is what social services refer to as children in need. 

Below is the copy of the original email. I did not write the word 'complaint' in the subject box. Now read the police response again, I am missing something right?
What about the other issues I do present within the contents of the email?

I am dropping an email to request the details of the woman who this evening told me on behalf of your force to get out and go back to East London. 

I have no problem with this, just give me back my child and I will gladly do so.

I do require the details of the woman in question immediately. 

The worst public body in the country, I said and wrote this for years.

I have asked you to investigate Mr X and nursery. I asked you to investigate the injuries my child received in the care of the council. I have laid a complaint to the police about a judge and  misconduct. Let me not mention my attempted murder (I was asleep on my settee and people in neighbourhood, who I had not seen for days smashed into my home with an axe), which you knew about before it took place and when the crime did take place observe what the force did do about this. You do not need to pay for an advert stating 'you do not like black people'.

You treat my child, my family and most importantly me with hate and then say you are helping us. What an insult.  I have read and heard that this is how you do treat black people in these parts. Recorded by academics and scholars and I am living it.

Furthermore, sometime ago you also said that you will block my telephone. Do so, because I construe this as a direct threat, one of many coming from the force. Phoning you for help is a waste of time anyway, because you just join in with the crime.

Your force cannot be trusted  and is the worst in the country. Furthermore your town is the worst place I have ever lived in Nigeria is 10 times better at least they know what humanity means and practice this, where and when they can. 

Before you respond go there and live, I will type give me back my child, the child you wrote racist comments about and dumped in Daventry, the town black Northamptonians refuse to live in and it is not rocket science as to why.  

In the meantime, please advice CID the case they referred to London. they are to inform the MET I am walking away from it, because I am following the instruction of your team. You all keep saying I do not listen, a bit rich coming from my abusers, but I will listen. 

Give me my child back and I will go back to London, then I will continue working with the police.  

Northamptonshire police who spent millions attempting to bury the corruption as to what they did to my family and to cover their failings. Again what a waste of time all that was, because you are global and labelled the worst force in the country, again.

You all pray nothing further happens to my child, because of course globally we will say that Northamptonshire police force did so out of spite, because the force is racist..

One must remember

that people who do nasty things to other people,
and are required to do them by their masters,
rarely have a sense of humour
when their actions are questioned.

As all of what they do is loveless,

we can expect to see weird and wonderful things happening,
as the “bad” guys are removed,
one way or another.

Life gives us the tools -
all we need do,
is use them.
