All for everyone to read, by placing her pet name also this was being made out to be personal.  This is the last time I am blackening out my child’s name from the contents of their own documentation. I am not party to all of this, especially my attempted murder.

My Barrister insisted that it was the 8^th October 2008 they came to my home. Not on the 9^th as stated within the documentation.  He was my barrister, who fought for me in every way. I believed I was in the cell for 12 hours, but how do I know?

I was banged up I went in there when it was daylight and came out when it was light. I was frightened I did not know where my child was. I was powerless.

I was eventually charged on the 13^th March 2009 based on no evidence.

In the end Northampton Magistrates’ Court discharged my solicitor and I then entered my plea and made a request for trial by jury. This was granted, the case was transferred to Northampton Crown Court. Then I went to London, my hometown and place of birth to find a solicitor.

By smashing into my home on a regular basis the local establishments were giving the local community permission to do the same thing. But the last thing they expected is that murder was on their mind.

All this from the very people who did not turn up to the Supreme Court.  To scared to observe me in my case.  When a person submits an application in the European Court of Human Rights and the application is accepted it is deemed served on the local authority, this included all businesses and public organisations within the catchment area of the local authority.   The fact that my country did not deal effectively with my complaints, label my case as GODWELL V UNITED KINGDOM.  My complaint is to do with a local body. Now they want to prevent me from getting the damages I am owed.  I will never let this happen.

I am told if I do not do what they want they will come back and section me in 14 days.  This Thursday will mark the 14^th day!

The Scam Is Unfolding

The truth is now coming out.  The reason for all this nonsense is that Northamptonshire County Council is fully aware that they had no right doing what they did.  Today the Mental Health Team came to my home and informed me if I use their service they would help me with contact with my child, but no mention as to when my child is being returned to me.

The scam is unfolding.. This is why His Honour Judge Waine kept on refusing ALL my application, ignored the judgment of a higher court and the European Court of Human Rights.  He is intent on finding of the facts and he does not care how long this takes . He made it clear has no interest with my child and I too will be learning about wickedness.

Hence, this judge making orders without either parties any applications and then finally making an Order preventing me making further application until March 2012.  Starting to make sense now?

His Honour Judge Waine wrote the Home Office stating that I have mental health problems.  Based on what evidence none knows.  Later he denies any knowledge of the documentation and submission, in writing.
