For my graduation party my cousin cooked, hard. On the night when the DJ played this tune, my cousin and I took to the floor. My delightful cousin. On the night of my attempted murder, she, my late brother and my child appeared before me in that order.

Shout out to my cousin Uchi. If I never see her again, I want her to know for all my life, until my dying day she will always be with me.

We all have someone we love, of course you as a person will be on the top of the list. For some it may take years to learn to love yourself, but the fact is love is the key to acceptance and understanding. There are others who I love, many of them have died, but spiritually their teachings will always remain with me, I call them my angels.

The night of my attempted murder I did die for such a brief moment and then my life flashed before my eyes. My recovery and journey has been a remarkable one, how many people have had this experience?

My child is the world to me, she saved me, she made me fight and nobody is going to stop me from standing up in court to have my voice heard and I am not doing this through a legal aid lawyer who is more concerned about their pay cheque! This is my word!

Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year to all, including my enemies, because all the bad they have done to me will go back on them, so there is no point wasting my time with revenge.

I am a product of circumstance and a bloody good one at that.

I am now formally charged by the police. When I did read the charge I grinned. The one charge could have read murder, child abuse, child trafficking, but no . . . It appears I am causing the police 'annoyance, inconvenience and anxiety.

" Maybe the police officers involved would be better suited to working in Burger King or getting themselves a cleaning job."

Well, well well. You can do anything or be anything and Northamptonshire police force will help you keep your record clean. I am charged with what again?

I mentioned dear old Judge Bray, who told Northampton Crown Court that

“I am well aware that there is overcrowding in the prison and detention centres. That is not going to prevent me from passing proper sentences in each case,” he said.”The reason our prisons are full to overcrowding, and have been for years, is because judges can no longer pass deterrent sentences.”

The news story would be, I think, as anyone who’s familiar with Judge Bray’s practice when making his sentencing remarks would confirm, if he hadn’t taken the opportunity to complain both about politicians trying to meddle in sentencing practice or about the Court of Appeal — with whom he’s had several run-ins — not letting him send people to prison for as long as he’d like.

HHJ Judge Bray will be hearing my case on Monday 16th September 2013. 

I wonder if HHJ Bray have ever done gardening in a deep African rural village,  commonly known as farming. When I told the now HHJ Karen Venables my family sometimes are unclothed in our house, she said this is not how we behave over here. Actually she is mistaken some white people do the same thing too. My case is dripping with open and direct discrimination promoted by the people who should know better.

I did make a complaint about DOGS the police go into overdrive. DOGS for God's sake. Then I am asked if I am willing to be a witness and give evidence in court if necessary. Yes, you did read correctly!.

 It is now official RSPCA within eight days have acted. Northamptonnshire police force place more value on the lives of two dogs than a black woman and her child.

They inform the people in the neighbourhood they can do as they please with me. The reason the yobs run away from the area, is because of what was done to my child. That was effective policing.  An example to the community, mess with us we take your children. 


As for my own life, my oh my, how many times did I telephone the police requesting that they do take a statement from me after my attempted murder?
Instead they say I am calling too much and I must have some type of disorder.
When the police informed the Doctors that Mr. Dean Jarvis did receive a caution for my attempted murder, they lied. Why?
The man received nothing and by the way, why just a caution?

When I was suing the nursery, the lawyer could not understand why I was not suing the police at the same time. The reason was fear. Fear is a negative and if I had sued the police, they would have understood that I am not standing for their oppression. 
The fact that I did not sue the police made them think that it is OK to oppress me. Another mistake I did make. 

When I sued the nursery and Northampton Borough Council for libel and slander a top criminal lawyer instructed me to record anything unusual that happens to my home and told me a story about a male client who is being targeted by the police, everytime they drive by they throw items directly at his home, smashing windows and such like. The lawyer told him to keep a diary too. My smashed windows, of course the police knew who were smashing them, but did nothing. When you read this blog again, you will see I make reference to the lawyer. I must mention, that she did take me out for a meal to talk to me. 

I remember, telling her I wish I had a mother like me. She looked at my child, and said many of us; wish we had a mother like you. The lawyer is my blood cousin. When I look back at all that is done to me by Northamptonshire police force ... She was telling me leave the country and never to trust my parents. She told me all this, because she loves me.  But I could not believe people could be so wicked. Now I know.

Many would have noted since my attempted murder, I have not had one smashed window. I am arguing Northamptonshire police force invited people to harm me.  . As my former GP of ten years said anywhere in the UK is better than Northampton. I have learnt the hard way.


You see growing is admitting one's mistakes. I was tired of life, so I moved to Northampton. What I should have understood my new baby gave me back my energy for life, so there was no need for me to come to this place.  What a waste.

The woman I had never seen before, of course it was #Northamptonshire police.  As soon as I did deliver that letter, the sole intent was to find anything to prosecute me with and this is what they did. Please note how the local establishment have never helped my family. But they use violence against us. Then when we remain strong, expect us to pen push with them, dragging things on and going nowhere. Look, it is our children they want and my case should serve as an example of how they intend to take black children and what they will do with them.

An officer told me not too long ago that he will come to my home and he will, then petered off. I say that is more like it, forget the PR with your two faced customer service, come on then, because you are all wishing you did kill me in the police station when you had the chance, but then my child would have told everybody that you killed me. They are spineless individuals who move in packs or with an axe.

To reveal to me, directly to my face that dogs get more respect than me, but hey this is what my eviction is about, not about 'Ms Godwell tell the Judge what Dean Jarvis did to you.' What an insult to my face. They are all busy protecting him. Those photographs of my axed door has thrown the police, nobody knew I had them. Any evidence they took in relation to my attempted murder is gone. Now they are busy finding an axe to paint and cutting hair from a wig to place in a plastic bag, to photograph?.

So an officer is not brave enough to come to my home on his own to fight me. Not really fair when I have no iron bar and my cleaver is taken by the police.

I called Northamptonshire police force the KLU KLUX KLAN so they took my child and there is Malcolm X saying ... WoW!

Today is Friday (amended) 6th September 2013 and I can safely report that Northamptonshire police force DID depose of ALL the evidence collected from the offender on the night of  my attempted murder. Dean Jarvis is walking free and enjoying life.  This man reports that he is now on medication. Yet is able to wake up and go to work everyday; whilst no person will employ me, because Northamptonshire police force made sure I am unemployable.. By placing miscellaneous on my criminal record means, my so-called conviction could range from child rape to murder and by sectioning me on two occasions is a clear siren not to employ me.  Now if I had an axe, non black and attempted to kill with the axe, my story would have a happy ending. Or better still I decided to throw bricks in windows the force would have joined in with me chanting 'nice one'.

The day before yesterday I receive a threat.  I am told if I keep on with what I am doing they will keep my child until the maximum period,whenever this is. I did not say a word. But now here is my reply, fair enough!

Now look, in 2008 a man walked into my police cell wearing a special belt and informed me he is going to now promote my human rights and I am sectioned shorty afterward.  

Fast forward 2013, up to this date NOT one cheque is delivered to me in the form of compensation for what THEY have put me through.

When they threw me in that hospital all they were doing was threatening me, just like the first time. CPN Lorraine Duffy, spent more time attempting to brainwash me during my follow-up appointment. You should have heard her the police say this and social services say that. My follow-up is not about them, my follow-up is supposed to be about me. Yes, the last stick on label in the train, attempted to stick a label on me also, by placing me in a box. But come Monday they too will have clarified in writing they have closed my file.

When axe man was unable to kill me, then was arrested a black car parked outside the house for ages,with the front lights on. Stayed there for ages. Was the car parked outside to make sure that I am safe or were the occupants crying inside, because I whooped the backside of the axeman?

In October 2008 I  gave the police opportunity to carry out their plan to abduct my child. Jarvis is now saying that I said he sold my child to paedophiles. He did not say he did not... The Madeline McCann story, was told to me when my child was abducted and now Jarvis makes this comment I am now starting to wonder....

The people in my neighbourhood were vigilantes.  I also left the door wide open for them to put their plan into action.  When I make mistakes, I admit them, but not Northamptonshire police force, Northamptonshire County Council or Northampton Borough Council. 

When I read 'Ms Godwell refuses to coooprate or engage' I note the missing words; which are: 'whilst we are abusing her'. By the way cooperation is prior not after the abduction of your only child. Cooperation works two ways, not one.  This is EXACTLY what is meant, I am refusing to be bullied.

Then they let me out and have been abusing me ever since. Just like they did in 2008.  When they write to you stating that there is no conspiracy and you made no mention of the word 'conspiracy', then it is a conspiracy. 

Not one person is sacked for what is done to my child and I, nor one judge investigated. Those facts say it all. Any of you seen my child lately?

Today is Friday 6th September 2013, my beef is not with Jarvis, he wants to commit suicide  I will not interfere. That is what happens when you plan murder, fail in the act, the police help you cover your crime and everyday you see the ghost of the woman who you did attempt to kill. The difference is, I am not a ghost and Jarvis is unable to look me in the eye. To think that there was more than one person in my home that fateful night and the police let them all go, intentionally. There is no need for me to continue swallowing my pride. Fact that Jarvis keeps talking about committing suicide. Classic, if I was murdered the police would have wrote suicide. Maybe the police should locate where they dumped the axe, give the axe to Jarvis saying, there you go! 

 

At no stage did I attempt to cause Jarvis harm. I used the iron bar to save my life. I was well within my rights to not only use the bar as the stop gap between the axe and my head ....

Jarvis did not break into my home to threaten, me. The axe coming down on my head, numerous occasions was to kill me. 

Or did I miss something in his other hand he was carrying doughnuts to share with me and I misunderstood the whole event?

As I stated within the contents of a previous post a lawyer did her digging and found out the police did let Jarvis go. He stood in court for affray not expecting me to turn up just like the police planned it.

All  those mentally ill people wandering around Northampton town, yes they made complaints all right and that was their punishment sectioned and medicated. Everyday I go into town that is my warning from the local establishment;. I intend to go down fighting, I believe my time is up, because I have had enough, so they can do what they choose.
