Fireman uniform I had bought for my child. Then we believed in justice. Mrs Crump has told me that social services have told her that my child will never ever be coming to live with me again. This is when I came out of hospital, but she does not know the name of the person who did inform her of such. Yet, this woman was ever so happy  telling.me.

I did make a complaint about DOGS the police go into overdrive. DOGS for God's sake. Then I am asked if I am willing to be a witness and give evidence in court if necessary. Yes, you did read correctly!.

 It is now official RSPCA within eight days have acted. Northamptonnshire police force place more value on the lives of two dogs than a black woman and her child.

They inform the people in the neighbourhood they can do as they please with me. The reason the yobs run away from the area, is because of what was done to my child. That was effective policing.  An example to the community, mess with us we take your children. 


As for my own life, my oh my, how many times did I telephone the police requesting that they do take a statement from me after my attempted murder?
Instead they say I am calling too much and I must have some type of disorder.
When the police informed the Doctors that Mr. Dean Jarvis did receive a caution for my attempted murder, they lied. Why?
The man received nothing and by the way, why just a caution?

When I was suing the nursery, the lawyer could not understand why I was not suing the police at the same time. The reason was fear. Fear is a negative and if I had sued the police, they would have understood that I am not standing for their oppression. 
The fact that I did not sue the police made them think that it is OK to oppress me. Another mistake I did make. 

When I sued the nursery and Northampton Borough Council for libel and slander a top criminal lawyer instructed me to record anything unusual that happens to my home and told me a story about a male client who is being targeted by the police, everytime they drive by they throw items directly at his home, smashing windows and such like. The lawyer told him to keep a diary too. My smashed windows, of course the police knew who were smashing them, but did nothing. When you read this blog again, you will see I make reference to the lawyer. I must mention, that she did take me out for a meal to talk to me. 

I remember, telling her I wish I had a mother like me. She looked at my child, and said many of us; wish we had a mother like you. The lawyer is my blood cousin. When I look back at all that is done to me by Northamptonshire police force ... She was telling me leave the country and never to trust my parents. She told me all this, because she loves me.  But I could not believe people could be so wicked. Now I know.

Many would have noted since my attempted murder, I have not had one smashed window. I am arguing Northamptonshire police force invited people to harm me.  . As my former GP of ten years said anywhere in the UK is better than Northampton. I have learnt the hard way.


You see growing is admitting one's mistakes. I was tired of life, so I moved to Northampton. What I should have understood my new baby gave me back my energy for life, so there was no need for me to come to this place.  What a waste.

The woman I had never seen before, of course it was #Northamptonshire police.  As soon as I did deliver that letter, the sole intent was to find anything to prosecute me with and this is what they did. Please note how the local establishment have never helped my family. But they use violence against us. Then when we remain strong, expect us to pen push with them, dragging things on and going nowhere. Look, it is our children they want and my case should serve as an example of how they intend to take black children and what they will do with them.

An officer told me not too long ago that he will come to my home and he will, then petered off. I say that is more like it, forget the PR with your two faced customer service, come on then, because you are all wishing you did kill me in the police station when you had the chance, but then my child would have told everybody that you killed me. They are spineless individuals who move in packs or with an axe.

To reveal to me, directly to my face that dogs get more respect than me, but hey this is what my eviction is about, not about 'Ms Godwell tell the Judge what Dean Jarvis did to you.' What an insult to my face. They are all busy protecting him. Those photographs of my axed door has thrown the police, nobody knew I had them. Any evidence they took in relation to my attempted murder is gone. Now they are busy finding an axe to paint and cutting hair from a wig to place in a plastic bag, to photograph?.

So an officer is not brave enough to come to my home on his own to fight me. Not really fair when I have no iron bar and my cleaver is taken by the police.

I called Northamptonshire police force the KLU KLUX KLAN so they took my child and there is Malcolm X saying ... WoW!

When I was going to live in North Carolina my late brother visited in the early hour before my flight. We had a brilliant time together. He said to me:

 "Sis when the Klux Klux Klan come and get you, I know my big sister will not let me down and not go down without a fight."

If any person has witnessed me laugh at my own jokes, you can imagine what my brother looked and sounded like as he laughed at his own joke. I was not laughing, because I was going to the states by myself on another adventure, but I could not help but grin as I enjoyed seeing my brother have so much fun.

My late brother picked the wrong place. Who was to know the Klu Klux Klan is alive, well and kicking within the #UK. Welcome to Northampton town, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom..

 My late brother on that wonderful day, a few hours before my departure to North Carolina. I lived in the states for almost a year and had a brilliant time. My late brother would call me weekly, whilst I was living in Raleigh to make sure I did return to the UK.

I did stop producing the magazine, because the magazine subscribers grew too be big for me to handle. I should have catered to a smaller #fan base, not the whole of #Northampton town. Many a time members of the #public in Northampton would call me out in the street, to complain that you are that woman who used to run that magazine and why did I stop?

I then felt as if I had let them down. At other times I was informed the local body were not happy that I am filling a gap in the local community. 

It's a '#London thing' not to go down, without a fight! Most of the major protests happen in London. Our academic institutions are serious contenders across the world and I am a graduate of Middlesex Uinversity (Trent Park). The local establishment must have believed, due to the  colour of my skin, coupled with the fact nobody knew anything about me, I must have fell from the sky instead of their normal stereotypical view of coming here in a banana boat. I was just an easy target, because I am on my own believed the best way to shut me up, is kidnap my child and abuse me.

Northamptonshire Local Body now understand's fully ... Don't abduct a child belonging to a Londoner who has African blood sweeping through their vain's and is a woman! All that will happen is that she will bring the town down to it's knees as the corruption crumbles around them. 

I cannot wait to start on my new blog about the Independent Review Officer. This one will be of the essence, because I know parents in Facebook groups are already sharing their horror stories. My new blog will just confirm that they are not alone and reveal just how social services do use those officers to help bury the wrong-doings of failing local councils and cut out the.parents from their children's lives who are in care,based assumptions based on a balance of probabilities. Most care proceedings come under the doctrine of Public Law; which means wrong-doings of a public body. Now do the maths!

1. Please refer to the written communications between Mr. Nigel Stock and I. Confirmed that the judgment made on 6th November 2009 does not cite the relevant section permitting my child to remain in the care of the council.

2.  Northamptonshire County Council made a complaint about me to the police accusing me of child neglect and other crimes relating to my child. The family court submitted it's findings into the criminal proceedings a jury of 12 said I am not guilty of any crime against my child, supporting the views of my child and refuting those of the council.  Meaning the judgment made on 6th November 2009 is no longer valid and my child is to be returned into my care. I am repeating this again, because I am obviously dealing with those who do lack intelligence and believe the best way forward is to bully and place threats on my person, so I would run away. Nigel and Paul displayed intelligence.

3. Nigel is unable to explain the actions of his colleagues.  I have retained his emails at his request, before his departure. Karen Garvie admits on tape there is no court order permitting the council to treat my child and I this way.

4. My maiden the name is not the name on my birth certificate.  If the council had asked me I would have told them, but as usual they believe the best practice is behave as if my child does not have a mother. My own mother did refused to give social services the details of my birth name for obvious reason. This is confirmed and recorded by social services in writing.

5. There are other serious indicators as to why I must put this question to Northamptonshire County Council, how did it manage to obtain a passport for my child, without my informed consent?

6. Okoro is my maiden name but not my name at birth. I am not adopted. There is a deed that must accompany my birth certificate at all times and is the document that formalises my original British birth certificate. My father changed his name to Okoro after i was born.

7. For the reasons outlined above the council and my child's foster carers have forfeited the right to override my informed consent permitting, my child to go abroad. My child's social worker made an off the cuff comment that my child is going on holiday. This is how I did find out. This conversation is tape recorded. Another insult to my child and I.

8. This nonsense has dragged on long enough, you need to start returning my child. I am not to find my child is on a plane without a written explanation as to how my child's passport was obtained.   Obviously the silence of my child's social worker and her line manager on this matter speaks volumes.

Now I know what people in the community mean. 
When people in my neighbourhood smashed into my home with an axe and I fought the man yielding the axe.
I was well within my rights to kill this man. I fought for my life, you should have seen everywhere. Plants overturned it was the biggest fight in my Life.
I chose not to kill this man, this was the last thought on my mind. 

Now I see perfectly well.
There was no way ‪#‎Northamptonshire‬ police force could have pinned his death on me. 
He was in my home uninvited. He smashed through with an axe.

Instead of treating me with respect observe how the establishment treat me with contempt. They treat me like shit.

Then they have the nerve to lie and say they gave him a caution.
What about the other people in my home?
A ‪#‎caution‬ for God's sake.
Lawyer found out that this is a lie also, he got nothing.

The very same people out of jealousy and spite murdered my ‪#‎family‬, but I still forgave them. They did not like this also.

Now they are telling me to keep my mouth shut or they will keep me in a box. Well I will not and it is best we all part company, because they serve no purpose.

Let us all fight this out in the courts and close this nonsense. They gave me my free holiday with the insane,it was a threat, but I turned this into a positive.

Michael Ellis MP: Today I call his office, I initially spoke to Danny. All I want is an appointment and they made it clear they are not going to give me the date of next surgery run by the MP.  They are saying that Michael has done so much to help me. 
When?

Of prime importance, is the fact that they state that they have 65,000 constituents that need their help. I point out that this must be happening on a regular basis, the removal of children, out of spite. I receive no response, just silence.. I am also 1 person out of the 65.000 and Michael has done nothing for me.


Sally Kebble's name was brought up. Danny then asked me if I am aware that Mrs Kebble is standing again for re-election?
I respond with a yes and informed him how I did find out.  I am also asked if I will vote for her?
I state that this is of no relevance. Danny is none to pleased. Danny, then slates Kebble.  Included in that slating is the fact that she attended one of the most prestigious  colleges in London; whilst Michael schooled in Northamptonshire (not sure what this has to do with the price of fish). I point out that she also has a number of degrees, went to university in South Africa too. Her experience and skills are not refutable.  She also has a degree in sociology, meaning she believes in the hands on approach; whilst representing the community. Better still Kebble campaigned with the people, came to represent the people and then placed her children in a state school in Northampton. 

Her aim was to be part of the community and understand how the community does work, what did Michael do?

I also point out the real meaning of being an MP and Kebble ticks all the boxes. Why do you think, she is standing again?
Because the community want her back!
Danny hated what I said, as a result of this observe conversation go downhill, as it became 'defend Michael and rubbish Kebble'. Not on my patch, I am here to arrange an appointment! It appeared that he was trying to brainwash me into voting for Michael. Do I look like a 10 year old abducted by the council and abused; whilst in their care?

I proceed to use the opportunity to really get my 2 pence worth in >>>> Having an MP on TV every 10 minutes discussing issues not to do with his community does not make a happy community. I have also done my research about the two people in question. The people of Northampton are what counts.. Michael Ellis is not about the community. I ask the question how was Michael elected to be an MP in the first instance? (omitting the fact that I already do know). Danny filled me in, I got bored, I interject by stating the reason why Michael Ellis MP invited Prince Charles to Northampton is to secure more votes. 

I remind him about how Ellis attempted to get me sectioned, because I asked about his role in Public Law cases in reference to child care proceedings. (Ellis has my email asking him why he did what he did. IPCC said it was not them. Ellis ignored me, so have a guess!) 

Danny had the nerve to say Ellis deals with all my emails. I ask him how many, no response.  He then puts the same question to me. I remain silent, Danny starts to laugh saying I do not even know. I leave him to have his laugh, I respond with, not less than 50. No more laughing!


What I do find fascinating is how the team kept on putting down the telephone when I did call back I am told that I am NOW BOTHERING them. I said good, I have just recorded that. When I am not bothering you, you do nothing and now that I am bothering you my name will stick!

Danny also has the nerve to tell me that I will never get the result I want. Told him tough, if he wants to believe this, because RIP Lawrence mother went on for 18 years. He said my case is the not the same, this is why she won.  I explained how my case is exactly the same. My case is to do with racial harassment  The only difference is one child is dead and the other is alive. So why should I complain about my measly four years. I go on further by stating that when R.I.P Lawrence did win, indeed it was not a win, because her child remained dead. I told Danny not to bother chatting about the matters when you do not have a clue. Institutional racism!

By then, I remembered the initial point of my call, but too late, he whined that they had spent 20 minutes on my call, said goodbye and placed the receiver down. What a cheek. I call back to prove that there is no way I am allowing people like them to surround me in their negativity. This worked, not one drop of sweat left my forehead!  I am not being bullied by them.


Michael Ellis MP is a Public Law Barrister  ... when I first met this MP I told him I knew. From then on, he kept his distance, why?

I made this fact clear, I want Michael Ellis MP to resign. I am told that I must put this in writing directly to him, only. ...

If I am not blunt, some people may believe that my blogs are an advert, promoting the people I am complaining about. They are not.

One thing is for sure, by promoting racism Northampton Borough Council DOES place black children in care. If you are a black single parent household, you will stand no chance against their brutality.  This is just a summation as to how  Northampton Borough Council  arranges to have black girls taken into care.

1. Send me the copy of your duties and responsibilities, as defined by Northampton Borough Council.
2. My file as held by Northampton Borough Council is made available to me, through the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 
3. The name and title of the person from your legal department, who you are dealing with.   The council have made this clear; it has no interest in mediation with the sole aim of arranging a settlement to my satisfaction.
4. All documentation to be delivered by first or second class post, only. 
5. Mrs Crumb, your input at this stage is not invited by me, for this reason I will decline any further contact with you, or any person from your department. This is a legal matter.
6. The council has made it's stance quite clear. You must go ahead and CANCEL any appointment you have made on my behalf, without my informed consent. I do not expect to see you knocking on my door, unless to remove the shed tipped in my garden.  
7. The matter of my attempted murder by people in my neighbourhood is unresolved. I was asleep on my settee when a group of white people smashed into home.   Any support I have requested from your employer has been unduly ignored. You are unable to provide an effective remedy, to my suiting. This is a Public Law matter and my complaint is placed in a Civil Court.
8. I am not committing a crime.
9. The evidence suggests that it is indeed the agents who do represent my landlord are the people conducting and promoting anti-social. Choosing to openly discriminate.

Hello everybody, by now you should have watched the documentary ‘Slavery by Another Name’.  This is a hard-hitting video and is tough to watch, but well worth it.  A true and inspiring story, sadly, this reflects Northampton today. The difference is that the local establishment has shifted the paradigm from prisons to mental institutions.

Thank you for your email below. I will address your queries in accordance with your numbered points.

1.       In response to this query, as Tenancy Enforcement Officer for Northampton Borough Council my duties are to deal with tenant who breach the terms and conditions of their tenancy conditions.

2.       Regarding your request for information held on your tenancy file this can be requested from the following ,

3.      Regarding details of the person I spoke to in the legal department, in regard to the issue with the shed. As this matter is not a legal matter that the Council will not be dealing with and the fact that the Council are not taking any legal action against you I am not at liberty to disclose this information. The discussion with the legal department was purely for me to seek advice regarding the matter of the shed in your garden.

4.      All correspondence is sent 1^st or 2^nd class as a matter of practice.

5.      I am not clear what aspect is a legal matter.

6.      I still need to discuss with you the allegations made that you are causing anti social behaviour , and as such again ask if you will be available for me to visit you on Thursday 13^th December 2012 at 10am.

7.      Regarding point 7 this is a Police matter to be addressed with them.

8.      There has been no mention by myself of you committing a crime.

Just to let you know I have spoken with Ian Swift in Housing Solutions. He says you are in Band A with 3 stars and this is the highest rating. Also says arrears will not affect a housing move for you.Says if you would like to start bidding under the Home Choice scheme he will give you every assistance and that you have very high chance of move.

I have also spoken with DC Andy Rogers and he will also support housing move.

I have now moved on, I have forgiven and healed. Accepted what they have done. At the end of the day they should not have done what they did to my little girl. I will also continue to use this blog for uploading documents in support of relevant facts. This is my life, for this reason, this is my story, not how the council decides to tell it. Northampton Borough Council and affiliates abused my family, they cannot undo this fact.

I have succeeded in my quest. My second criminal lawyer Leanne Brown told me "to keep my mouth shut that we all know the true story, but the council will tell it how they see fit." This was in November 1998. I waited and to my horror it was not about giving me back my child, but using their powers to make sure that I do not get my child back. That was then and this is now. So I guess they need to rewrite their fabricated stories. I show them no sympathy!

Special shout out to the black Northampton community. Who really knows what the local establishment were doing to them, before I came along?
I hope the youth within the community regardless of background, colour or race are empowered.
